2008 Proposed Value was $43,553,400 or $246 per foot. Property was appealed by another consultant to Board of Tax Assessor’s. Prior consultant had negotiated value down to $17,516,400 or $98.96 per foot for an interim tax savings of $427,010. Don Barnhill Associates advised against accepting offer and negotiated final value of $13,000,000 or $73.45 per foot for an additional savings-$76,000 per year.
